Sound familiar?

Six things that are true in most established businesses right now
00

Three rituals. Every month.

The AI P&L · The Exchange · The Masterclass

01 Ritual 01

The AI P&L

Every tool on the table. Line by line.

Each owner opens their AI numbers, line by line: tools, spend, hours saved, what broke and what got killed. Then the room responds.

  • One shared template, same every month
  • Benchmarks across the circle
  • Confidential to the room

The Exchange

Steal from other sectors.

Best practice and use cases traded across sectors. It's where the imagination problem gets solved, and where each owner commits to one change before next month.

  • Show and tell from the floor
  • One commitment each, reported back
  • Hot seat for whoever is stuck

The Masterclass

The core of the business, rebuilt.

In-depth live sessions, online and in London, on the core strengths every owner needs: pricing, operations, sales, hiring, finance. Each rebuilt for the AI era and taught across industries.

  • Led by operators, not presenters
  • Live, virtual and in person
  • Recorded for members

How a circle works.

Small, non-competing, on a rhythm

Owners per circle

Small enough that everyone opens their numbers. Big enough to cover a dozen industries.

Same sector in different regions, or different sectors entirely. Never the firm down the road.

Built for the businesses everyone drives past.

Owners, not tech people
05

The money isn't in another AI startup. It's in the owner with a profitable firm, a good team and no time to work out which AI hype is real.

If you're a founder, owner, partner or senior leader in an established business and you sign off the spend, this is for you. No technical background needed. Bring your numbers and your questions.

The seat rule. One seat per sector per region. If you join as an accountancy firm in Leeds, no other Leeds accountancy firm joins your circle.

Beyond the circle.

07 · The ones owners ask first

Questions, answered straight.

All questions →

Do I have to share real numbers?

Yes, that's the point. Everything said in the circle stays in the circle, every member signs the same confidentiality terms, and nobody in the room competes with you.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. Most members won't be. The circle is about decisions an owner makes: what to buy, what to stop, what to try next and who owns it.

How much time does it take?

One virtual session a month, four London days a year, and whatever time you put into your monthly commitment. Most owners will spend an hour or two a week between sessions.

How is this different from a course or a consultant?

A course teaches you once. A consultant builds one thing. A circle runs all year, with peers who've already tried what you're about to try, and a room that asks what you shipped.
